Twitch adds opt-out option for streamers to block Amazon AI training use

Twitch has introduced a setting allowing streamers to opt out of having their content used to train Amazon's generative AI models. Content covered by the opt-out includes streams, VODs, clips, chat logs, and channel images or text. AI-powered features such as captions and safety tools will continue to work regardless of a streamer's opt-out choice. Notably, if a user participates in chat on another streamer's channel, that channel owner's opt-out preferences determine whether the chat data can be used for training.
