TierMenu: flat rate pricing software for small HVAC, plumbing and electrical shops

Many small trade shops set prices from memory or outdated spreadsheets, so technicians often quote the same job differently. TierMenu is a flat rate pricing tool built for shops with one to five technicians. Shops enter labor rates and parts costs, then build a price book where each task gets labor hours, parts and an optional fixed fee, with tiered markups available. On site, technicians present up to four options that homeowners can compare, select, extend and sign electronically, with signed PDFs locked afterward. The app also converts approved proposals into invoices, manages membership renewals and reports which options customers choose, while leaving scheduling, payroll and card processing to existing tools.
