Listara lansează API public pentru publicarea automată a anunțurilor

0
·2 views

How Porchlamp's first-timer lens ranks beginner-friendly open-source projects

Porchlamp scores open-source projects on five pillars: Responsiveness, Criticality, Governance, Rigor and Accessibility. Its first-timer lens weights Responsiveness at 0.35 and Accessibility at 0.30, so those two outweigh the other three combined. The October 2026 snapshot lists ggml-org/llama.cpp at the top, with the delta column showing how far each project moves compared with the Balanced lens, not change over time. Coverage determines whether a project is ranked at all and caps its tier when measured evidence is incomplete. The article notes that 3,833 projects receive a score while 7,167 are listed but unranked.

A four-part format for turning messy meeting notes into clear action items

The article lays out a four-part structure for meeting recaps: a short TL;DR, a list of agreed decisions, an action-items table with owners and due dates, and open questions. It advises writing notes as plain summaries of what changed rather than transcripts, and marking unknown owners or dates as TBD instead of guessing. Vague deadlines like "by Friday" should be converted to real dates using the day's date written at the top of the notes. The author recommends sending the recap the same day in the channel where the team already works. The piece is written by a writer whose team builds a tool in this space, which the author discloses upfront.
