Indian Railways to launch AC coaches with Vande Bharat features in Amrit Bharat 3.0

Indian Railways is set to introduce Amrit Bharat 3.0 trains featuring air-conditioned coaches inspired by the design of Vande Bharat express trains. Since their launch in 2023, over 60 Amrit Bharat trains have been operating across the Indian Railways network. The existing trains are priced at approximately Rs 500 per 1,000 kilometres for sleeper class, reflecting the scheme's core focus on affordability.
