Supreme Court declines to stay HC order directing Mahua Moitra to join probe

The Supreme Court bench of Justices Dipankar Datta and Sheel Nagu declined to interfere with a High Court directive requiring Krishnanagar MP Mahua Moitra to join an investigation.
