US Bars Four Companies from Filing H-1B Petitions for Rule Violations

The US Department of Labor has updated its list of companies debarred from participating in the H-1B visa program. Four firms have been temporarily prohibited from filing H-1B petitions after being found to have willfully violated program rules. GowraTech LLC and Renotek Group LLC are barred from participation until 2027. Seeloz Inc. and Sherwood Academy face a longer restriction, remaining disqualified until 2028. The debarment list serves as a regulatory measure to penalize employers who breach H-1B program requirements.
