UP woman, lover arrested for killing husband and hiding body in wooden box

Police in Uttar Pradesh have arrested a woman, her alleged lover, and an accomplice in connection with the murder of her husband. The victim's body was concealed in a wooden box and later dumped beneath a canal bridge in an attempt to destroy evidence. Investigators cracked the case by tracing an e-rickshaw and analysing CCTV footage from the area. The motive is believed to be the woman's resentment over her husband's continued contact with his first wife. All three accused have been produced before a court as police work to corroborate the evidence.
