Speeding Car Runs Over 5-Year-Old in Nagpur, Driver Surrenders After CCTV Footage

A five-year-old child was struck by a speeding car in Nagpur's Mahakali Nagar area, near Badrinath Society. The incident was recorded on CCTV cameras installed at the location. The footage, which surfaced online, showed the vehicle running over the young child without stopping. Following the incident, the driver surrendered to authorities. Police are currently investigating the matter based on the available video evidence.
