His build features two bunkers linked by a long passage, modelled on World War II escape tunnels. He also constructed a lift disguised as a beer keg to carry drinks down to the underground space. Garrett Brown started Cameron Ranch Glamping on a 10-acre property in Houston using a small initial budget. He relied on land-hacking techniques to simplify utility hookups and avoid complicated permitting. The venture began with a single geodome and later expanded through revenue-sharing deals that required no upfront cost. Brown focused on booking guests directly rather than depending on third-party platforms. He documented the journey in his book, The Glamping Investor.
