Selena Gomez sells former Tom Petty home in Encino for $5.4 million

Selena Gomez has sold her Encino property after owning it for six years, receiving $5.399 million. The home had been listed at $6.5 million, so the final price came in below the asking figure. The house previously belonged to musician Tom Petty and served as the setting for her series 'Selena + Chef'. In December 2024 she bought a Beverly Hills estate for $35 million. She also married music producer Benny Blanco in September 2025, shortly after their engagement.
