SC Collegium Recommends 4 Chief Justices, 7 High Courts Still Without CJs

The Supreme Court collegium has recommended four judges to fill Chief Justice vacancies across Indian High Courts, though seven of the country's 25 High Courts remain without a Chief Justice. The collegium also approved the transfer of two judges from the Orissa High Court. Orissa High Court is facing a notable shortage of judges, which is affecting its day-to-day functioning.
