Ryanair Co-Founder's Kentucky Horse Farm Heads to Auction at $57.5M

Castleton Farm in Kentucky, purchased by Ryanair co-founder Tony Ryan for $14 million in 2001, is now being sold by his family for $57.5 million. The sprawling 951-acre estate features a 13,500-square-foot Greek Revival mansion, 16 barns, 268 stalls, 10 homes, and several historic landmarks. The property has a storied equestrian heritage, having once housed celebrated racehorses. The estate is scheduled to go under the hammer on October 28.
