Russia Criticizes French Nuclear Missile Test, Calls France's Strategy Against Russia a 'Dead End'

The Kremlin has condemned a recent French test launch of an advanced nuclear-capable missile. Russia's foreign ministry spokesperson, Maria Zakharova, described France's strategy of containing Russia as misguided and destined to fail. The criticism follows France's successful test of an updated ASMPA supersonic missile, a key part of its airborne nuclear deterrent. Moscow asserts this development is part of a broader and dangerous Western approach it opposes.
