RoomTidy: a local Gemma reminder built for my roommate

This is a submission for the Hacktoberfest Weekend Challenge: Build for a Friend. I built RoomTidy for my roommate: a small Windows desktop application that offers a gentle reminder when visible clutter remains in an area they choose. The user selects a fixed-camera area, explicitly saves a tidy reference, and sets preferences such as allowing books while asking for dishes to be removed. Die Realität sieht jedoch häufig anders aus.

Kaagaz: I built a private life-admin companion for my parents

This is a submission for the Hacktoberfest Weekend Challenge: Build for a Friend My parents are actually pretty good at keeping important documents. Electricity bills, warranties, receipts, notices, insurance papers — they usually have them somewhere. The problem isn't losing the documents. It's remembering what each document means and what needs to happen next. A bill arrives and it needs to be paid before a certain date.
