Ring launches Peephole Cam 2K with sharper video at a lower price

Ring has unveiled the Peephole Cam 2K, an upgraded version of its Door View Cam originally released in 2019. The new model offers 2K video recording, an improvement over the previous 1080p resolution, along with a refreshed design and enhanced tracking features. Like its predecessor, the device installs by splitting into two halves that connect through an existing door peephole, requiring no drilling or wiring. The Peephole Cam 2K is priced at $99.99, making it cheaper than the model it replaces, and is currently available for preorder with shipments expected later this month.
