Rickshaw puller's daughter's Shiksha Saathi brings low-cost coaching to 7,650 rural children

Archana Jaisal founded Shiksha Saathi to offer after-school learning support to children in rural Uttar Pradesh. The initiative also trains local women as teachers, giving them a source of employment. Since starting, the program has reached thousands of students across six districts. Women such as Neetu now earn a steady income while helping improve education in their communities. The organization says it aims to keep expanding access to affordable learning resources for children and women.
