Tessvia tool generates four deliverables from single user-scenario script

Tessvia is a service that allows developers to write a single set of user actions, known as a scenario. From this one source, it mechanically generates four distinct outputs: tutorial playback, automated manual generation, end-to-end tests, and liveness monitoring. This approach aims to eliminate the need to write and maintain the same operational logic separately for each deliverable. The tool was built to prevent inconsistencies that arise when changes are made to one output but not the others. It uses plain language steps, enabling step-by-step execution and branching logic.

Guide details methods to detect and prevent LLM factual errors in responses

An article on DEV Community outlines techniques to address a specific type of LLM error where a model confidently misinterprets source information. The proposed solution involves a three-step guardrail system of grounding answers in retrieved sources, scoring response trustworthiness, and applying a fallback action. This system includes a critical verification step where factual claims in a generated answer are checked against cited source passages before delivery. The guide emphasizes that retrieval alone is insufficient and that the entire pipeline, including the verification model, must be evaluated together to manage residual errors.

Writer shares lessons after sending seven pitches without replies

A beginner technical writer sent pitches to seven companies over two weeks, receiving no positive replies. Some companies were not accepting submissions or had restrictive submission processes, while others simply did not respond. The writer argues that such silence is common in publishing, as editors receive a high volume of pitches. They advise aspiring writers to increase their pitch volume, target smaller companies, and continue producing work while waiting for responses.
