Reliance and Rolls-Royce to jointly develop engine for India's 5th-gen fighter

Reliance Industries and Rolls-Royce have announced a partnership to develop an engine for India's fifth-generation fighter jet. The two companies are exploring the establishment of an Aerospace Gas Turbine Complex within India. The proposed facility would cover the full engine lifecycle, spanning design, development, manufacturing, testing, and long-term maintenance. The collaboration aims to combine Rolls-Royce's aero-engine expertise with Reliance's strengths in technology, manufacturing, and project execution.
