Omar lauds India's BRICS diplomacy on Pahalgam, questions Centre's UCC approach

He credited India's foreign policy for securing this unified international stance against terrorism. However, Abdullah also voiced concern over the central government's approach to implementing the Uniform Civil Code. He argued that such significant legislation should be debated and decided by Parliament rather than pushed through individual states. This, he suggested, risks bypassing established legislative norms.
