Noida Families Go Without Tap Water for a Month, Forced to Scavenge Pipeline Leaks

Around 400 families in Valmiki Basti, Sector 78, Noida, have been struggling without a regular water supply for nearly a month. With no alternative source available, residents have resorted to collecting water from a leak in an underground Gangajal pipeline located beneath a nearby drain. Children have been seen scraping at the leaking pipe to gather whatever drops they can. The situation highlights a severe civic failure in providing basic water access to the community.
