British actor Nicholas Hoult has sold his Hollywood Hills property for $2.2 million after it sat on the market for over a year. The midcentury modern home was originally listed at $2.95 million in 2025, but multiple price reductions failed to generate a sale at that level. The final selling price fell short of the $2.33 million Hoult paid for the property back in 2018. Overall, the transaction resulted in a loss of approximately $130,000 compared to his original purchase price.
