Nashik Court Grants Bail to Pregnant Accused in TCS Harassment and Conversion Case

A Nashik court has granted bail to a woman accused in a sexual harassment and religious conversion case linked to a TCS facility, citing her pregnancy as grounds for relief. Her co-accused, however, was denied bail in the same hearing. Prosecutors allege the case involves sexual assault and attempts to convert a Scheduled Caste employee to Islam. A Special Investigation Team has been formed to probe multiple related cases at the TCS unit in Nashik.
