Morocco detains dozens of migrants attempting to cross into Spanish enclave Ceuta

Moroccan authorities detained dozens of migrants who attempted to cross into Ceuta, a Spanish enclave on the northern African coast. The security operation was intensified ahead of the attempted crossing following warnings that circulated on social media. Posts on social media had suggested a second mass crossing was being planned for Saturday. Moroccan security forces moved to prevent the crossing before it could take place at scale.
