Monty Python's Eric Idle, 83, reflects on cancer survival and wish to be buried in Provence

British comedian Eric Idle, known for his role in Monty Python, has spoken openly about his experience surviving pancreatic cancer. The 83-year-old described living a peaceful life in Provence, France, and expressed his wish to be buried there. Idle also reflected on his personal views on mortality and the afterlife. He recalled a conversation with former Beatle George Harrison in 2001, during Harrison's final days, in which the two discussed differing beliefs about death and rebirth.
