ML Systems Expands Home Value-Chain Ledger to Seven AI Agent Families

ML Systems operates a property value chain spanning loan origination, deconstruction, and construction, managed by seven specialized AI agents sharing a single JSON ledger document. Until now, public documentation acknowledged only three code families — DES (design), BLD (build), and VER (verification) — but the system has always shipped all seven, including FIN, DEC, MKT, and LUP. Each code family is owned by a distinct AI mind and answers a specific question about the property, forming a directed pipeline from financing through an equity loop back to financing. A key structural issue was identified: four AI agents — REAPER, PIT LORD, MURPHY, and MIA — lacked the ability to formally author claims on the shared ledger, leaving their phases without a voice. A forthcoming V2 update grants these agents claim-making rights while preserving a separate, restricted set of five parties authorized to ground or anchor ledger entries.
