Mirakl, a B2B marketplace software provider, charges a base license starting at roughly $90,000 per year, scaling past $500,000 annually for large enterprise clients. The platform also levies an approximately 2% fee on all gross merchandise value processed, meaning a marketplace handling $25 million annually pays $500,000 per year in transaction fees alone. Unlike standalone commerce platforms, Mirakl functions only as a marketplace overlay and requires a separate ecommerce engine such as Salesforce, Adobe, or SAP, adding $50,000 to $200,000 or more in annual costs.
