Minotauris splits AI agent tasks across four specialized roles for greater reliability

Minotauris is a new AI agent framework that divides responsibilities among four distinct components — a Leader, Managers, Workers, and an Assembly — rather than relying on a single model to plan, execute, and review tasks. The project argues that conventional single-model agent loops become error-prone and inefficient as task complexity grows, since the same context that generates a mistake is also responsible for catching it. Each role in Minotauris has a defined function: the Leader sets direction, Managers coordinate Workers, Workers handle execution across browser, desktop, and code environments, and the Assembly stress-tests plans before they run. Currently available as a Windows beta, the system supports browser control, screen interaction, scheduled tasks, remote access, and coding. The core premise is that organizing AI intelligence as a coordinated team, rather than a single loop, could produce more reliable and efficient outcomes.
