Mark Wahlberg sells Las Vegas land for $17.25m after two-year hold

Actor Mark Wahlberg bought 2.5 acres in Las Vegas in 2022 for $15.6 million. He planned to build a family home and studio on the site. Construction never started, and the project stalled amid delays in securing permits. About two and a half years later, he sold the property for $17.25 million, earning a profit of roughly $1.65 million. He also took part in other local property deals during this period.
