InterSystems IRIS Paired with MLflow to Build Production-Ready Continuous Training Pipelines

A developer has published an open-source implementation (v0.1.0) that combines InterSystems IRIS and MLflow to construct a Continuous Training (CT) pipeline for machine learning models. IRIS provides core infrastructure such as a feature store and automated training pipeline, while MLflow fills a critical gap as a standardised model registry tool. The pipeline follows Google's MLOps Level 1 industry standard, enabling automatic model retraining when performance degrades and maintaining versioned logs for auditing. It also integrates SHAP explainers to provide interpretability for complex models including Random Forest, XGBoost, and Neural Networks.
