Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni has announced a new set of school regulations aimed at promoting integration. Restored 1937 Florida Home Lists for $3.5M After Near-Demolition

A historic 1937 residence in St. Petersburg, Florida, originally built for Ena Jackson, has been saved from demolition and fully restored. Known as the Cade Allen house, the property spans 4,330 square feet and was previously used as law offices. The restoration required nearly 7,800 hours of work to bring the home back to its former condition. Original features including windows, doors, floors, and stonework were preserved throughout the process. The property is now listed on the market for $3.5 million.
