India sets refinery-wise LPG output targets to secure domestic supply

The Indian government has introduced production benchmarks for refineries and upstream companies to strengthen the country's domestic LPG supply chain. Reliance Industries has been assigned the highest targets among all refineries under the new framework. Companies are also required to maintain adequate infrastructure for LPG storage and transportation. The production benchmarks will be reviewed and revised twice a year to ensure continued effectiveness.
