India designates 23 individuals as terrorists under anti-terror law

India has officially designated 23 individuals as terrorists, including 17 from Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and 6 Indians. The designations target operatives linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed. Home Minister Amit Shah confirmed that those named are involved in anti-India activities such as terror attacks, recruitment, and reconnaissance for future strikes. Several of the designated individuals are connected to major attacks, including the Pathankot assault and the Rameshwaram Cafe blast.
