An IndiGo Airbus A321neo flying from Delhi to Gorakhpur suffered a tail strike during its landing approach. The aircraft managed to land safely on its third attempt. Post-flight inspection revealed scratches near the APU inlet, indicating contact with the runway. The plane has been taken out of service and remains grounded at Gorakhpur airport. It will return to operations only after receiving the required technical and regulatory clearances.
