IIMA-Cyril Shroff Academy to Train Legal Leaders in Business and Policy

Paridhi Adani has highlighted the launch of a new academy formed in partnership between IIMA's GC Academy and Cyril Shroff, aimed at preparing legal professionals for broader leadership roles. Adani noted that modern legal leaders are increasingly required to navigate areas spanning finance, capital, technology, policy, regulation, and business. Despite these expanding responsibilities, she pointed out that no formal training currently exists to equip legal professionals for such multifaceted demands. The academy is intended to bridge this gap by offering structured leadership development beyond traditional legal education.
