Peter Byrne, co-founder of the British new wave and synth-pop duo Naked Eyes, passed away on September 14 at his Los Angeles home after a brief illness. He was 74 years old. Byrne rose to prominence in the early 1980s and was a notable figure in the synth-pop and new wave music scenes. Throughout his career, he worked alongside several celebrated artists, including Stevie Wonder. He is survived by his siblings, three children, and his ex-wife Elena.

Apple Opens $250M Siri Settlement Claims for iPhone 15 Pro and 16 Owners

Apple has launched a $250 million settlement payout process related to delayed Apple Intelligence features on Siri. Eligible claimants include US customers who purchased an iPhone 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max, or any iPhone 16 model between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025. Each qualifying device entitles the owner to a base claim of $25, which could increase to as much as $95 depending on the final settlement distribution. RAF Hawk T2 Crashes Near Welsh Airbase; Both Pilots Eject Safely

An RAF Hawk T2 jet crashed on Wednesday shortly after departing RAF Valley in Wales during a training flight.
