Google AI System Maps Impact of Every Single-Base Human Genome Mutation

Google has developed an AI-based genomic system capable of evaluating every possible single-base change in the human genome. The tool assesses the functional significance of these one-base mutations, which are known as single-nucleotide variants. While the vast majority of such changes have no meaningful effect on human biology, a small subset can be medically significant.
