Gen Z Reinvents Phone Greetings in the Age of Caller ID

Generation Z has largely abandoned the traditional 'Hello?' phone greeting, a change driven by the ubiquity of caller ID technology. Since incoming calls now almost always display the caller's identity, younger users see little reason to answer with uncertainty.
