Freelance Designer Learns Hard Lesson: Client Management Matters as Much as Skill

A freelance designer recently came close to abandoning a project not due to lack of ability, but because of persistent communication breakdowns with a client. Despite following the brief, the designer repeatedly received feedback that the work did not match expectations, with requirements often shifting between revisions.
