Flydubai pilot's old podcast comments surface after recent cockpit incident

Statements from an old podcast by Smit Machchhar, a flydubai pilot, have resurfaced following a recent incident. In the podcast, he recounted his mother's fear about him flying due to past losses in his family. The comments gained attention after he was reportedly involved in a cockpit altercation on a Dubai-bound flight in late March. Authorities are investigating that onboard incident. The podcast remarks are unrelated to the ongoing probe.
