6-Year-Old Drowns in Waterlogged Boring Pit at Noida Housing Complex

A six-year-old boy drowned in a 15-foot pit at a housing complex in Noida. The child was playing cricket with friends when he accidentally fell into the pit. The pit had been dug by the Greater Noida Authority for boring work and had accumulated rainwater. Rescue efforts were made but proved unsuccessful in saving the boy's life.

PM Modi hails INS Mahendragiri as milestone in India's indigenous defence push
