IAS Officer Mandeep Bhandari Appointed as New CBSE Chairperson

Mandeep Bhandari, a 2001-batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer, has been appointed as the new chief of the Central Board of Secondary Education. He was previously serving as Principal Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir. Bhandari brings over two decades of administrative experience to the role. He is also a gold medalist MBBS graduate from Dayanand Medical College in Ludhiana, reflecting a strong academic background.
