ED raids Kolkata aviation firm over alleged Rs 160 crore TMC funds misuse

The Enforcement Directorate conducted searches at five locations in Kolkata on Tuesday as part of a financial probe. The investigation targets Carewell Aviation, which allegedly received Rs 160 crore linked to Trinamool Congress funds. The money is suspected to have been used to acquire an aircraft and a helicopter. Authorities are examining the alleged unlawful collection and routing of these funds.
