DGCA Flags IndiGo for Cargo Handling Failures, Orders Training Overhaul

India's aviation regulator DGCA has issued a warning to IndiGo airline over lapses in its goods handling procedures. The watchdog conducted findings-based scrutiny that revealed shortcomings in how the carrier manages cargo operations. As a corrective measure, DGCA has directed IndiGo to revamp its training programme. The airline has been specifically asked to incorporate more practical exercises and real-world operational scenarios into the revised curriculum.
