Developer builds anonymous forum where inactive rooms automatically fade away

A developer has launched Noding, an anonymous forum where any search term instantly creates a room, eliminating the need for moderators or setup forms. Instead of permanent profiles, users are identified by a visual mark generated from their navigation path across rooms, revealing only shared spaces with other users. Each room carries an activity score that decays on a 24-hour half-life, cycling through active, warning, dormant, and hidden states — though history is preserved if a dormant room is revisited. The platform uses vector embeddings to cluster similar room titles, preventing near-duplicate rooms from fragmenting the community. Built with TypeScript, Socket.IO, and React Native, Noding has been live in South Korea for several months, with users primarily using it for work venting and late-night conversations.
