Dennis Quaid cuts price of LA mansion to $4.6 million

Actor Dennis Quaid has reduced the asking price for his Los Angeles home from $5.2 million to $4.6 million. He originally purchased the Brentwood Hills property for $3.9 million in 2017 and performed significant renovations. Quaid and his wife, Laura Savoie, have since relocated to Nashville, which is now their primary residence. The actor cited rising taxes and dissatisfaction with local governance as reasons for leaving Los Angeles.
