Delhi to Deploy 1,300 Pink E-Autos Reserved for Women and Transgender Drivers

The Delhi government has approved the allocation of 1,300 pink electric auto-rickshaws exclusively for women and transgender drivers. The vehicles will be distributed across all 13 revenue districts of the capital. Each district will receive up to 90 e-autos designated for women drivers and 10 for transgender persons. The initiative aims to promote inclusive employment and safer mobility options for marginalized groups in the city.
