Delhi to Award Rs 1 Crore Monthly to Cleanest Ward Under New Scheme

The initiative is part of the Chief Minister's Development Fund (CMDF) programme. A single ward could potentially earn up to Rs 12 crore annually if it consistently tops the cleanliness rankings.
