Three women stabbed near Porte de Clichy in Paris; suspect arrested

A man stabbed three women near the Porte de Clichy area of Paris on Monday. One of the victims, believed to be pregnant, is reported to be in critical condition. To increase strike volume, the US has developed Rapid Dragon, a palletised missile system that converts cargo aircraft into launch platforms, now being upgraded as Dragon Cart. Brazil is pursuing a similar concept with its C-390 transport aircraft in collaboration with defence firm Anduril. Defence analysts suggest such systems could complement India's existing fighter-based capabilities by turning military transports into high-capacity missile carriers.
