Kharge Condemns Kulgam Attack, Says Labourers Were Identified Before Being Shot

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge has condemned the killing of two labourers in Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir, alleging that terrorists deliberately identified the victims before murdering them.
