A dance teacher named Deepak Kumar from Okhla, Delhi, jumped into the Yamuna river due to financial stress over unpaid iPhone installments. Patrolling police officers spotted him in the river and immediately alerted the flood department. A rescue team responded quickly and pulled Kumar safely to shore. He was counseled at the police station before being handed over to his family upon their arrival.
